Startups.be, Creative Wallonia Engine & Digital Wallonia invite you to the first hands-on workshop in Wallonia (Hainaut) to shed light on the fundraising essentials you have to know and the key principles that investors use to calculate a startup's valuation.
In 2 hours you will know: why to raise funds, different stages of investment and different kinds of investors. In addition, you will understand how investors work and what the fundraising process is. Moreover, you will understand how startup valuation works, learn different technics and the essentials to focus on, and discover the consequences of funds raised and valuation on dilution.
This workshops will be given in French!
