What's a Go Global Mission?

From 2016 Startups.be will lead international missions and visit some of the most exciting startup hubs in the world. We'll organise pitching & networking opportunities with investors, the local tech scene, potential clients and make sure you get the right information on how to set up shop in these ecosystems. We'll meet Belgians who already took the plunge and visit some tech stars while at it.

Berlin is one of the three most important hubs in Europe, together with Paris and London.

Strategically located, with a unique atmosphere and culture, and less expensive than other world-leading startup cities, Berlin has become a very attractive option. The German capital, dubbed as Silicon Alley, attracts talents from all around Europe which makes it a melting pot of business, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

We are organising a mission to Berlin on February 1st, 2nd and 3rd and we think you should join us in exploring this market and its possibilities. Also, AWEX is organizing a mission to Berlin on February 1st and 2nd, which we can benefit from as well. Some well-known Belgian startups, like Rights’up and Teamleader have already opened offices there…so maybe you could be the next one?

You're welcome to have a look at these links to know more about the city and why we think you should join us!
